Mallori Gariner FNP-C

Long time San Luis Valley resident and Alamosa High School graduate, Mallori Gariner has been practicing medicine for over 10 years. With a background in Internal Medicine, Mallori believes prevention is the best medicine. Her passion is helping people take control of their health through education, lifestyle support, and evidence-based medicine. Mallori partner’s closely with her patients to create personalized plans that promote long term-wellness, disease prevention, and a balanced life. Her goal is to empower every patient to feel that they are in the driver’s seat as they navigate their health journey.

Mallori’s journey from corporate healthcare to Direct Primary Care began when it became clear that the current health care system was placing barriers on taking care of patients, and when the pressure to generate revenue began to outweigh the mission of caring for people. She began looking for way to take medicine back to it’s roots. With the support of patients, family, and friends- Gariner Family Health is opening it’s doors in March of 2026.
